Discover how we can help stengthen your body and mind.

Why We Exist

Traditional therapy can feel repetitive and disengaging, leading to slower progress and lower motivation — especially for cognitive and motor challenges.

We believe the brain thrives on immersive, purposeful movement and focused repetition. By combining 42+ years of martial arts discipline with modern VR technology, we make cognitive training more effective, engaging, and enjoyable. Our mission is to accelerate neuroplasticity, deliver faster real-world results, and help people rebuild confidence and independence through a unique “movement-meets-technology” approach.

Who We Are

Neurological Cognitive Innovations Australia (NCIA) is a Melbourne-based clinic founded by Dilworth (Dee) Timewell.

Dee brings over 42 years of martial arts expertise — starting Japanese Jiu-Jitsu at age 8 and earning 5th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor status in Filipino Martial Arts (Kali) under Grandmaster Andy Elliott. This deep background in focus, spatial awareness, precision, and body-mind integration shapes everything we do.

He is joined by Daniel Yosiffidis, an experienced remedial massage therapist, dry needling practitioner, and personal trainer. Together, we offer truly integrated brain-body support.
